Members conduct during game play

These rules are set in place to help all members.

When a member is being attacked, or when the alliance is coordinating an attack.

1- All will be quiet with the exceptions of those involved.
2- If you are being attack you will remain online and available until released by an officer.
3- When being attacked post the attackers’ coordinates and any troop info you have.
4- In the case you are being attacked and won’t answer questions by officers, or follow instructions given to you, NO SUPPORT WILL BE GIVEN!!!!!!
5-Attacks on other alliances are not permitted on either cities or valleys UNLESS permission is granted by Host, Vice Host, or Presbyter.
6-Red flags are open for attack along with grays, and non alliance members.
7-Coordinates are to be whispered in main chat.
8-If you are called to a meeting within the alliance by Host, Vice Host, Presbyter, or officer, it is expected that you focus on the meeting only. Time is essential. This keeps the meeting as short as possible.
9-Keep main chat clean and free of lewd remarks.
10-If a member needs resources or is being attacked it is expected for the whole alliance to send aid. NO EXCUSES!!!!!!
11-DO NOT BEG for resources in alliance chat. If you need resources ask and follow all instructions given to you on how to better your resource production.
12-Any aid given will be for resource field development, or defenses. Troop production or city enhancement resources may be requested, but are not required to be given by fellow members.
13-Build an army and your defenses. Your city should be able to defend itself against incoming attacks. Requirements on troops will be posted at a later date.

That is all at this time. Please e-mail the Host or Vice Host with future suggestions on this post and it will be considered.

A few more points I would like to add.
1) there are different stages of aggression, as follows:
* Scouting
* War Declaration
*Wartime
*Incoming attacks
* Suppression
*Colonization
2) Please let us know which it is and the timer(if applicable).

3) The beacon tower is used to gather info on troops incoming to attack. The higher the lvl the better the info.

4) When you have an incoming attack, be ready to pull your troops you have out of your city, back in.
5) If you are under a declaration or wartime(with no incoming attacks), be ready to recall an attacks/marches you have going. You most likely will need to use a truce. Truces can only be used if there are no incoming attacks and no out going attacks/marches against an NPC or player. The truce last 12 hours with a 12 hour cooldown. This time period will allow you time to build up your defense and give time for help to reinforce your city.

6) Sometimes mailing your attacker helps, it lets them know you are active. Remember I said sometimes:)
